A 4 bedroom, 3 bath home located just a sort walk from the white sand beaches of Destin, FL that needed a complete redesign to better connect to their guest avatar of vacation families.
What we did
+ Curated the brand and guest experience with amenities and cohesive theme
+ Designed each room intentionally based on our selected theme
+ Coordinated all logistics from receiving to paint and wallpaper to assembly
+ Repurposed items where we could as this was a redesign
+ Designed, installed, staged, and styled the home within 6 weeks
Crafted the brand & reimagined the space
Michele and Gregg came to us to redesign this property after feedback that the home was “dated.” This home sleeps 12 and the target audience is multiple families traveling together. We crafted the narrative, gave the house a recognizable brand, and started designing.
The redesign process
The owners purchased the home mostly furnished. They’d had designers previously help support them, but the home still felt dated. With budget in mind, we repurposed where we could. See the before images.
