Hey there,
I'm Steph Weber
A fiery redhead who loves to dance, enjoys Broadway shows, and has a heart for adventure. I'm married to my high school sweetheart and we had our first baby boy, Eli, on Valentine's Day in 2021 (it's a very mushy love story). We just welcomed our second son in May 2023 and Noah completed our family perfectly. I've grown up in Indianapolis, studied abroad in Europe, lived in New York City for a summer, moved to Phoenix for a couple of years, and now we are back in Indy. I've spent 10 years in the branding and marketing industry which has led me here to you.

Realized there was a huge gap in the STR world and I decided to fill it

My Purpose
As the CEO of The Weber Co, my branding + marketing company has played a significant role in the success of over 100 small businesses, elevating many of them to powerhouse 6 and 7 figure brands. Now, I'm channeling that expertise and experience into the world of short term rentals.
My heart for adventure extends beyond the mountains; it drives me to seek out opportunities to help people make a genuine impact through the brands they build. Branding has always been more than the logos for me. I'm dedicated to crafting narratives that resonate, cultivating guest experiences that WOW, and helping STR owners continue to scale no matter how saturated a market might be.
