Full Service Design & Staging

For the STR owner who prefers to be more hands-off and wants to be the *it* property in your market. You just want a property that kicks ass, provides a great guest experience, and gets you the maximum ROI. You’d prefer the design to be handled for you from sourcing to photoshoot. 

Packages Include:

  • Market analysis + overview of the space

  • Walkthrough of our Destination Property brand process to discover your guest avatar, outline guest experience, and key amenities that will help you guests click “BOOK NOW.”

  • Mood boards and concepts

  • Design board for each space showing all proposed items

  • One revision round to change out anything you want

  • Links will be provided to you for your records in the event that you need to replace items

  • Shipping coordination and tracking of items (we purchase items using your credit card and ship to ONE destination - logistics to be determined based on project)

  • Complete stocking list with links with all sizes and quantities, so you can reorder with ease knowing your guests will have what they need

  • Coordination of teams to move in and assemble furniture, paint murals, hang wallpaper

  • Staging and styling provided by us to get your STR photo and listing ready - we stay at your property during this time so that we can ensure the guest experience is 5-star worthy. We will also shop and complete styling during this time.

  • Optimized listing title and description written for you

Pricing

Our design, staging, and styling fee starts at $12,000.

*This does not include additional labor needed for furniture assembly, moving, painting, wallpaper install.

Selection services for cosmetic upgrades are available for an additional cost.

The Process and Timing:

  1. After our initial consultation and we decide to move forward with the project, we’ll send you a contract to sign with an invoice.

  2. We require payment in full. If you are booking the project more than one month in advance, we require a 50% deposit and the remaining due when the project begins.

  3. You send us the dimensions, videos if available, and pictures.

  4. One hour kickoff call where we will present market analysis + go through our Destination Property brand process

  5. After this, we will send over mood boards + brand concept for you to review and approve. (we will meet if needed)

  6. Once this happens, we will source all of the furniture and decor, and put everything on design boards and links in Google Sheets, so you can see the total cost of all furniture and decor.

  7. You get one round of revisions to make changes.

  8. We’ll send you the updated boards and list, along with the complete linked stocking list for the property. You’ll approve and we will order.

  9. Once all orders are placed and we have shipping dates and confirmation, we will book our travel and send you an invoice for this.

  10. We’ll coordinate moving and install teams.

  11. We will stay at your home for up to 3 nights as we style and stage and ensure the guest experience is top notch.

  12. During our stay, we will take videos that can be used for social media and we will coordinate the photoshoot.

  13. We will then provide you with listing title options and write your optimized description.
