The Challenge

Before the rebrand, the property struggled to stand out in a crowded mountain-rental market. It needed a bold identity that could capture the energy of group travel and the sophistication of a design-forward home. The challenge was creating a look and tone that felt adventurous, stylish, and built for connection—all while maintaining luxury appeal.
What we did
Brand Naming
We named Altitude 22 to highlight both the mountain experience and the home’s defining feature: space for twenty-two guests. The name immediately conveys scale, elevation, and the spirit of shared adventure.
Brand Positioning & Strategy
We positioned Altitude 22 as the ultimate high-end group stay—where design, play, and togetherness meet. The strategy centered on redefining what a “luxury ski house” can feel like: fun, social, and unforgettable, without losing its elevated edge.
Target Audience
We identified our core audience as multi-family travelers, friend groups, and corporate retreats seeking connection and convenience. They want a house that feels like an experience—equal parts modern design, mountain energy, and effortless hosting.
Core Messaging Framework
The messaging centers on bold togetherness and effortless fun. With the tagline “Together has never been this fun,” the brand voice is confident, playful, and inclusive—speaking to the joy of shared moments and the thrill of the mountains.
The Guest Experience
Every stay is curated for connection: morning coffee with mountain views, long ski days, and nights that end with cocktails, laughter, and playlists echoing through the house. Guests arrive ready to play—and leave already planning next year’s trip.
Brand Visual Identity
The Altitude 22 brand was built to match the energy of the home itself—bold, modern, and made for connection. The logo suite features condensed, architectural typography that mimics mountain elevation and group strength. Layered vertical forms and stacked numerals create a sense of movement, while ski-inspired geometry and playful alternates (like the crossed skis and “A22” mark) bring in personality. A deep burgundy palette with warm off-white accents balances sophistication and warmth, giving the brand both luxury and approachability. The result is a high-impact identity that feels stylish, adventurous, and unforgettable.
Collateral Design
We brought the brand to life through playful, experience-driven collateral designed to spark connection. Custom “Karaoke Challenge” guest cards were created as an interactive in-home activity—blending humor, nostalgia, and togetherness in a way that perfectly reflects the Altitude 22 vibe.
