PorchLight Stays

PorchLight Stays is a thoughtfully curated short-term rental brand designed to welcome guests home—whether at the beach or in the mountains. The owner originally managed a collection of properties in two very different markets, but lacked a unifying umbrella brand to create recognition and drive bookings across locations. PorchLight Stays was developed to bridge those worlds, offering guests the comfort of a familiar, trusted name no matter where they travel.

The client came to us with beautiful properties but no cohesive brand to tie them together. Without a recognizable umbrella identity, the properties competed individually for attention in crowded markets, making it difficult to build long-term recognition and trust. The challenge was to create a brand that could seamlessly unite very different markets—beach and mountains—while still feeling distinct, memorable, and aligned with her ideal guest.
