A 5 bedroom, 3 story home located in Indianapolis, IN that required full service design and install to bring this vision for families, retreat groups, and friends to life.

What we did

+ Curated the brand and guest experience with amenities and cohesive theme (we added popcorn bar, milkshake bar, and stocked coffee bar for guests)

+ Designed each room intentionally based on our selected theme

+ Designed, installed, staged, and styled the home within 6 weeks

Crafted the brand

Sabrina and Niko came to us for their first short term rental investment property in Indianapolis. Being Hoosiers ourselves and the fact that they wanted to lean into iconic Indy sites, we knew we had to go all in on the Indianapolis Motor Speedway and Indy 500 theme.
